Varanasi. Banaras. Kashi. The 'Holy City'...the spiritual hub of India. No matter what you call it, Varanasi is the India of your dreams.
One of the oldest, continually habited cities in the world, Varanasi isn't for the faint-hearted. It's raw and in-your-face, with it's 24/7 cremations on the burning ghats and chaotic streets and crazy smells, you will be a better person for facing it.

We flew to India for an absolute bargain price with Air Asia. The money we saved on airfares allowed us to stay longer and travel further.
